Near Altos de Caone lies the small locality of Auque — a place forgotten by maps — where wind, rain, and scorching summers have shaped the Piedras de Auque: small, perfectly oval stones of a deep violet hue.
Much like these stones, rounded and hardened by Caone’s climate over time, our grapes are sculpted by the unique conditions of our terroir. This allows us to capture the geography, climate, and traditions of Alto Caone in every bottle.
We present to you an intriguing wine, with herbal aromas, red fruit notes, and a hint of white pepper. Fresh and persistent on the palate. We recommend pairing it with game meats, red meats, and aged cheeses.
Best served at 17–18°C.
